Signal Outage

On Friday night the 22/03/2014 at 10.50 EST approx VAST’s satellite transmission was interrupted, we also noticed some Foxtel services were also not running. This outage lasted between 15 minutes and 1 hour depending on the actual channel customers may have been watching. This was not a localised issue but an issue on the uplink side so all customers were effected, this was not a planned outage. Normal TV services would have resumed automatically.
